Vdara Hotel and Spa

The Vdara Hotel and Spa is a 57-story condo-hotel and spa located in the CityCenter complex across from Aria Resort and Casino. One of three sleek hotels opened in CityCenter as a joint venture between MGM Resorts International and Infinity World Development, Vdara is a nongaming, nonsmokinh hotel along with the Mandarin Oriental. Of note, the “V” in Vdara stands for “Vegas” while and “ara” evokes the feel of established high-end boutique hotels like the Aviara or Vicara. Sitting atop the porte-cochère, the pool and lounge at Vdara overlooks Aria and the Strip and comes complete with cabanas, daybeds and semiprivate plunge pools with a deck area that is great for relaxation as well as pool parties. ARIA EXPRESS The Aria Express (formerly the CityCenter Tram) makes getting around the CityCenter complex and to other nearby resorts easy. The innovative fast and free 100-percent electric, cable-propelled tram began operations on December 1, 2009 and runs between Bellagio and Monte Carlo with a stop at Crystals at the heart of CityCenter.
