Molasky Corporate Center

An environmentally friendly office building in Downtown Las Vegas, the Molasky Corporate Center (MCC) is home to the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA). MCC is known as the office tower that helped spark the revival of Downtown Las Vegas and has been named one of the nation’s top buildings. When it opened in 2007, MCC was the first new office tower constructed in Downtown Las Vegas in almost 40 years. The building anchors the northwest corner of Downtown Las Vegas and has led to a wave of nearby construction, including The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, Discovery Children’s Museum and the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.
